Was looking through the clasifieds last night and noticed some very old ads in there, what is the rules or terms on lenght of time an ad is viewable and removal if sold?

When you sell it, you're supposed to edit the ad and mark it as such, also when you add it, you choose how long to display it for. I might change this to 30 days as default instead of the 90 it currently is.... 
Its quite unclear about the 'Mark as Sold' though, will probably have a little modify of it sometime this week.
