Mmm, because it is a built in unit, unique to the Stilo - firmware issues, in this case. Hence it is a Stilo-based thread, nothing more.

Still, if you have issues with that thread being in the wrong place, then feel free to report it, or PM the Stilo moderator involved

The SatNav is surely for more general units - Tom Toms / Garmin, etc - to name but a few, plus a place to upload POI files.

I wasnt in the mood for reading all of this thread but it gets my vote too lol, why have to go to a different forum if we can have it all in the one place, and seeing as this is an internet site, pictures are the only way we have of seeing what the others are doing.,lol
Now i just have to find out where to vote.,lol.,is there a poll or just sticking names here?
there has been a few threads on photography so a few would be interested, i think alainax does a little photography too if i remember correctly?.,

It really doesnt compare to satnav, coz ive been into that satnav section and it was only when i was havng problems setting up mine, so havent really been back in there since.,lol
but photography is completely different some of us would be there a lot and there "best photo you've taken" thread has been a hit really, loads of us have been back to it al lot.,

Hi all, got to agree, a photography section would be great.

Have a look at www.flickr.com/photos/gilltaylor if you get a moment. This is what I do when I'm not writing for a living, or driving the Barchetta!

Tbh i have never been into photography it never even crossed my mind until the photography thread , im now looking at getting a good camera , i even find myself driving around looking for good spots places and other things . would be very interesting subforum

but i think it would be an excellent idea to have a photography/camera based section on the forum. Could also have guides and such pinned.

everyone has said their bit, and it's been left as is.. so no point anyone saying much else.

Nothing to stop someone just starting a thread and getting on with it, instead of talking about it - is there??! I'm a freelance writer and avid amateur landscape/travel photographer (used to be traditional, converted to digital six years ago - see my link in my signature).

So if anyone wants to ask me any questions, please go ahead!

the whole point of the leisure lounge is for non car type threads,the discussion was regarding a whole new subsection so theres no reason for there not to have been photgraphy type threads
