easy, where the little tag points towards the metalwork, drill a small hole for it to sit in
- then it can't move about.

is this the seat tilt mechanism? I can't tell what that pic is of. If it is, a bit of bodging worked for me!

this is how i solved the problem




and them in place, well me holdin them in place



basicaly it is a length of 1/2" box section with two holes drilled in it and the ends cut at an angle, plated and then welded.
A bolt goes through the bracket and into the original mounting hole on the car.
the second goes through the hole in the seicento bracket and with a nut at the back is tightened to my new bracket

this is all very solid and the release mechanism and catch work like original.

Just putting forward my opinion. Wouldn't harm too take out a black back and get rid of the rubbish. Would make your new interior look even nicer. May aswell vacuum while you are there lol.
