right, i thought it would be cool to get an idea of what to expect to see in the near future on this site in terms on the next five mods for your car, plus one dream modification if money were no object!

my next five modifications are (in no particular order, apart from the wheels):

1. 15" euro style wheels
2. smoothing of front and rear bumper
3. colour coding mirrors
4. sporting spoiler
5. debadge bonnet

and my one dream mod is...and 2 litre engine transplant to go with the sleeper look of my car!!

post your next 5 mods and one dream mod, if you dont mind spoiling any suprise you might have!

arent the rubstrips stuck on like the mk2?

supercharged hgt engine would be very nice!!!

they are yes, but his car had a new door at some point, and the people who sprayed it, masked up the bump strip so its a different colour under it.

errm...

- spolier
- black roof :slayer:
- colour coded door handles and bump strips
- 17" wheels + lowerd
- Havent got a clue, want to keep it subtle

Dream mod: a big 3.0 v6 twin turbo from a fast car dont know what car though, somethings bound to have that!

Would remove the bump strips but i think it would look too plain!

i was going to get a black roof, but the place i rang said it may be difficult due to the curvature of the roof, you would think that a specialist would be able to overcome a curved roof! may be a mod i get round to at some point!

i think puntos look so much better without the rubstrips!

When i get the new punto:

1. smooth side doors

2. fit new sound system- alpine head unit, amp, sub, door components

3. debadge bonnet and boot

4. abarth bodykit and spoiler

5. Fit sporting interior- seats, centre console, steering wheel


Dream Mod: Aston Martin DBR9 lol

1. Colour code everything
2. Set of nice wheels (don't know yet what i'm looking for)
3. Lower 40mm all round.
4. GSR induction kit and McKritch chip
5. Respray the same colour to eradicate scrathes and minor dents.

Dream mod: Sell it and buy a GT

1 abarth rear spoiler (mk1)
2 some quality coil overs and dampers all round
3 abarth spoiler
4 abarth spoiler
5 abarth spoiler

dream mod....

1.9 JTDm 16v engine transplant from an alfa 147, 150brake as std, and touching 200 mapp'd plus they rev to damn near as damn 5krpm
and STILL devlier over 50mpg (sometimes 60) on your average A road run :yum:

only problem is the car WILL run with its front bumper permantly embedded in the tarmac :bang:

1) paint + fit carmania front bumper
2) paint + fit abarth skirts
3) paint + fit abarth spoiler
4) single halo black angel headlights
5) EXHAUST!!

And my fun mod... stripped interior!
Not so much that money is stopping me, just dont have the guts to tear out all my lovely carpeting! :slayer:

1. fit my new exhaust that i got for my birthday yday. 18 yay
2. get bucket seats
3. colour code my car with front skirt, little one only
4. angel lights black obv
5. mod the engine bay so it all looks nice and clean in red. with airfilter.

dream mod.... fitting a 2.0 litre engine with twin turbos and keeping the outside simple so ****s will be shown up lol.

my mate is fitting a 1.8 turbo in his corsa and its costing him to do it his self 3 grande, going to be good as he has done nothing atall to the outside lol

1. Finish my GT interior off - this weekend
2. Finally get 16v Sporting bumpers sprayed that I've had laying around for months - next week
3. 75 Cam
4. Chip
5. Remove rub strips

Dream mod: Panoramic windscreen

1: get my 40mm TB made and fitted
2: get my NOS fitted D )
3: get the bodykit finished and painted
4: maybe some nicer doorcards and seats?
5: wash the engine bay and code it all in abarth colours (yay t'will look AWESOME!)

Dream Mod? a white full abarth mk1 75elx with full race spec engine with bike TBs, my one reccurring dream :worship:

or you could just have the proper abarth mk1 model, they only made one but I'd have that please. tis extra wide an all

thought of my dream mod now, for the punto mk1 to have strong undentable body panels and a 5 star crash test

I actually meant on the front and rear bumpers... (sig is chopped)

1)spray skirts and spoiler
2) debadge bonnet and spray
3) smooth ibiza splitter and spray
4) GSR induction
5) type k rear splitter

and dream mod full respray

1. Clean it
2. Bolt Sub in, it keeps falling over
3. Sort out brakes and stop them squeeking
4. Clutch
5. Tint windows

Dream mod: A Veyron Transplant, ie take it and transplant it with a Veyron.

Or failing that a Seat Ibiza TDi Sport 130 :worship: :worship: :worship:

1. Get a sporting spoiler, Front and rear bumpers
2. Side Skirts
3. Lower it
4. Paint mirrors, handles and side strips
5. Get sub and amp
