Hi everyone,

I have very recently purchased a Suzuki SX4 4x4, it's a 1.6 petrol and was first registered in November 2014, it has around 38,000 miles on the clock. it's had just 1 lady owner before me, and is in immaculate condition inside and out.

But i have noticed a light click/knock sound can be heard sometimes when i depress the clutch or release the clutch when changing gear, it seems to be coming from the front somewhere .

So has anyone got a idea of what it can be ? .
I ask this question in this Fiat Forum thread, because i have been told the Fiat Sedici and the Suzuki SX4 are more less the same mechanically.

The diesel is a FIAT motor..

I suspect the petrol is Japanese..

Does it do it when stationary.. or just ehen rolling?

It just does it when rolling, i wonder if it is some type of wear in a drive shaft ?
It doesn't do it all the time, and is not very loud (yet)
