Hi, symptoms:

Driving along @ 60mph and towing trailer, engine cut out. No warning, no slowing down just a sudden 'dead'. Coasted along to safe-ish place, both Tacho and Speedo died. Rescued from side of the road and basic fault finding revealed;

Engine will turn over and with a squirt of Kwik-Start will fire-up but not run, fuel pump is NOT running, NO Glow-Plug illumination, all fuses OK, all relays OK. NO Diagnostics will 'Connect' with ECU (tried 5 different ones). ECU has been tested and is functioning correctly.


I can't find a reliable Schematic to see what is commonly connecting all these systems so my question is'


Anyone encountered any similar problem OR where can I obtain a reliable workshop manual or schematic diagram?

Thanks to all for their messages and interest. The problem has been resolved, by letting someone who knew what they were doing have a look! Moral of the story, check and double check! If someone tells you they've checked the fuses, CHECK FOR YOURSELF!
