Hi all,
I have just bought a Fiat Sedice 2008 1.6 petrol with 29k miles.
I live in the Forest of Dean near Gloucester and the car was originally for me but the wife has now claimed it.
Theres only one issue with the car at the moment that a couple of screws are missing from the inner wheel arch liner and that's making the car look a little scruffy because the bumper trim is sticking out a bit.
If anyone knows a good parts source online can you let me know?

Mine has exactly the same problem on the same side. I think the lugs that are supposed to pull the trim into the bodywork are a bit crap. I've gone past worrying about it but interested to see if there's a fix for it.

It may sound like a 'botchers job ', but do you think a squirt of superglue my work ?

Hi and welcome.

It's a while since I had the bumpers off ours, but I remember there being clips on each side where you have the gap.

There are some tabs on the bumper which fit into the wing and click in to position. The problem being that pulling them free may result in damage.

Your tabs may be bent out of position or they may be missing entirely. The only way to find out is to take the bumper off entirely.

I've no idea where to find the missing items, sorry.

Thx for replies.

Problem is now sorted.

It was the plastic clips that had not been put back correctly by previous owner/mechanic.I just had to overlap them properly to make them sit right and screw them back in place.

I do like this car:)

One thing that is a bit annoying about my car is the squeaking it makes from the front when going over speed bumps.
Any one else got a squeaky one?

Yes ours does that jazon though its up to 95k now so may need some suspension attention soon............

Yeah mine does that too. Going to get my suspension checked over at the next service but been living with it (with no garage picking up on anything) for a few years now.

I think it may be the front brakes , not the suspension.
The dealer I bought it from changed the pads for new ones.
The noise happens at low speed braking.
Maybe theyre not settled/bedded in yet.

Also the handbrake is slack.
Anyone adjusted the tension on theirs? Which internal panels come off to get at adjuster?

Cheers:)
