Anyone know how to remove the top of the dash above the Clock/MPG display? Got an annoying rattle developed that stops when I push down on that area?

As per the post mate - Got a rattle under that area. I've read the Air-Bag frame is underneath and has a tendency to come loose?

Theres a few threads on the SX4 forum that have mentioned that as the cause to rattles in that area. Not sure what the frame is / does but I'll only know by removing the dash. Defo an issue under there for us though - Press down on top of the clock and the noise stops...

it,s not the airbag frame ! it,s where the ecu for the fourwheel drive is mounted..
and as for the clock removal why dont you read earlier post,s that explain how to do it!! are you thick or summat!!

i did reply to this original thread about six months ago when you first posted the question dash panel removal but it seems to have dis-appeared i have replied to many post,s only to find that i.ve been logged out!!!!!!!!!!!

Its the area to the left of that (or to the right on a LHD!) Under the Clock/MPG display....

Resurrecting this as I've still not fathomed it out yet and the rattle is still there.
Again - its the curved plastic panel on the dash top thats over the Clock/MPG display.
Pressing lightly on that stops the rattle - how do I remove/tighten it?
