Hi guys,

Someone got into our house yesterday and stole my keys and our Corsa vxr.
The problem is they also had my stilo multiwagon key on it.
I've disabled the car for now and have one spare key but like some help moving forward.

I need to change locks etc, is it possible to disable the fob aswell as that's the one they have.

I also want a new fob enabled.
I don't want to pay a fortune so may just consider changing the ignition and door lock but need to disable the remote central locking. Any help appreciated.

Any sensitive info please pm tho people. We don't want any others going missing.

Cheers guys

You can pair a new remote, key etc but dont think you can forget the old remote.

You can dissable the key though so it cant start the car

Having a read,
Looks like I need key code, replacement fob and new blade(then cut)
Registered copy of MES and elm 327 lead.

Then new locks and ignition barrel. I have to disable the car manually ATM until further notice it seems.

Has anyone ever tried one of those GPS key tracker devices. Would be of any benefit in this type of situation where you might be able to track the thief / your old keys back. With the help of authorities of course. Has that ever happened before?

Trackers can be hidden in cars but I suspect, the average thief will notice a strange looking key fob for what it is.

If they have been stolen, you must report the crime to the police and get a crime reference number in order to make a claim with your insurer.
Visit the dealership so that they can program new keys.
