As you know the remote central locking, alarm and immobiliser work off the key fob. Mine has decided to stop working, i dont have the 'red key' that contains the codes. Its not a fuse problem or the battery in the key. Ive taken it to a garage where they refered me to Fiat who said, without looking at the car, that it would cost £700 to replace the whole lot.
Any ideas anyone??

If you can give me more info on your car, make and model. I will try and get reprogramming codes from work
