HI

Can anyone help me please - Fiat seem unable to.

I have a Sedici, that has been supplied with only one key AND NO KEY NUMBER. This was by a franchised Fiat dealer who claim that they cant find the other key.

Does anyone know if there is a way to order / make a spare key using either the key which i have or information stored in the car?

Do FIAT not keep a database of these number??

I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE ANY HELP WITH THIS
