i bought a used y2k punto elx couple weeks ago. tho it has a alarm installed, my mate offered he'd slap together another device, sort of an immobilizer. (remote-controlled watch-this and block-that stuff)
you know.. 2 alarms is more than one..
i said ok, i'll get some punto books and diagrams and then we'll put it in.

but i'd like to know if there is something to keep in mind while playing around with the electro stuff.. eg. i'll have to visit a workshop if i remove the batt or something like this.. also can you please recommend, what should we "switch off" with the immo, to make it unmovable? and what definitely not?
