Technical Missing Relay - Radio not working?

Hey all

I have a 2005 Fiat Scudo. The radio is not working, I've checked the fuses, all seem to be present and not blown.

It may be a red herring, but there seems to be a missing relay - not sure what this does, whether it's needed, or what to replace it with?

Any help gratefully accepted.

Remove the radio and check voltage in the plug
