I see loads of references, on eBay and other parts vendor sites, to models 270_ [2007-2018] MPV and 270_, 272_ [2007-2018] MPV but many of the parts only fit one model or the other.
Can anyone tell me the difference please? I've done a quick search and found nothing yet so apologies if it's common knowledge.

My 2007 8 seat MPV's manufacturer data is:
Engine code: RHZ
Vin: ZFA2700006401xxxx
Eno: 4014xxx
Variant: XXC1B
Version: ABL
Des: Combi 120 M-Jet 8S

I can't tell you the difference, but that would be how you would tell

Is there a site that this number can be entered into to get the information. I have done it when I had a transit and got the full spec for my van.

You can enter your VIN into ePer (the version hosted here might be a bit old for you needs but a google search will probably find a more modern version) and it will show the relevant parts for your vehicle. A trawl through without a VIN might show the differences between the 270/272 variants but who has time for that?
