Hello all,

Well, I've got myself a 'project van' I picked it up for not too much money knowing that it would need an MoT (and was likely to fail it).

Even so, the MoT was not too bad, both CVT Gator (wheel end) and offside track rod end needs replacing. Plus a sticky offside front caliper piston.

However the awkward bit is the fact that the offside metal brake line needs replacing.

I've looked through many online parts stores (and ebay) and cannot find what I need. Do I need to get these made up and fitted custom?

Cheers

Some garages will make a pipe up for u or buy your own and make them your self easy enough to do.

If I was u I would buy brake pipe with connectors off ebay measure what length u need take it to a garage and ask if they will make one up for u, where do u live.

I'm near york. I was concerned about all the bends in a pipe and don't want to kink it - is this a likely occurrence (when I've been plumbing central heating it's always something to worry about)

Remove old pipe from van and use it as template run new pipe alog it keeping it together with tape doesnt have to be exactly the same easy enough to do
