Can anybody tell me if I have to take the subframe off to change the turbo on a fiat scudo 2007. I would appreciate any advice.

sorry cannot really help you, I have asked a few question on here about my 2008 scudo and not really got much back, there is a lack of experts for this model. I have been underneath mine and had the exhaust off, you can then just see the turbo, I cannot see how to get it off without removing further items. Its certainly buried.

No you don't, it;s not that bad job really but if it's a high mileage model it can be messy.

If you have access to a 2 poster ramp it's about just over an hour to remove and same to refit.

Thanks for your response. The air flow pipe coming off the turbo is full of oil, do you know if this means it is a blown turbo?
