Sorry to be posting something that was already covered but I need to know if anyone else has managed to get their pre 2002 Scudo 2.0 JTD compliant with Transport for London's Low Emission Zone.
In January 2010 Jamie1978 posted that he had got his registered by getting a letter from Fiat, stating that the vehicle complies with Euro 3 standard.
I would be very grateful if he, or anyone else who has managed this, could let me, and one or two others I am sure, know the right department or person to speak to at Fiat to get the letter he refers to in his post

Sorry to be dragging this up again, but I really can't afford to change my van (not really a van as it has windows and seats, but is registered as a van with side windows!) and it is exactly the same engine and running gear as the compliant 2002 version and I really need to be able to go into London to help my son move house in April.
