2nd time this has happened, last time was in warranty, so fixed for free, this time i need to sort myself, it looks like a fuse, i know its in the box under the bonnet and i know i have to move the washer bottle to get the lid of, but having had a little look in the box today i cant see anyway of finding which fuse has blown, anyone got an answer for me, thanks in advance.

Hello,
I had this on my 1998 scudo and it was the relay in the fuse box behind the glove box.

It was one of the big square green ones on the top right if i remember rightly.

Something to go on.

Hi
also had relay go The green one on righthand side fusebox behind
glovebox ,also worth looking at the fan motor carbon brush,s if they
are worn can make motor draw more amps and make the relay go
hope this helps the brush,s can be got off ebay
Regards Dave

ok thanks for that, but will start with the fuse once i have found the one im looking for, looks like thats what i will be doing tomorrow lol
