Hello there, my heater is blowing hot air but not to the window, it sounds like the flap is not opening to let it through. I've dismantled a bit of the dash and the lever is pulling to the Max it cAn, not really sure what the next step is@. Can any one shed some light here?

make sure all plastic pipe work is connected it might of come loose

Ok I will try and sus it out and take more bit of the dash off for access, don't really know how it works yet
