Hi all recently lost the back light on my milometer so going to change all the dash bulbs when iv got it out. What size bulbs do i need and how many, or is there a pack i can buy?

Tried the Blue LEDs in dash illumination...succeeded to bring up the flashing red "stop"...loadsa fiddling and it went out....still none the wise how I cleared it but the dash looks pretty cool now!

Those LED replacements only work when fitted the correct way around. Lever up the metal tabs to get a better contact if necessary.

IMHO the LED versions are too bright and (mine at least) started to blink on/off after a while as they are 'overdriven' and/or reject LEDs from China.

Yep! the replacements are a little longer and closer to the window, some were real dazzlers...do you know of any reference to what each bulb is for?

I assume by refrence you mean id code on the back of the clocks, if so all illumination bulbs are coded L (ie L1 > L10)

Yes thanks, that's it, the id code(y); are there only 10?...curious what the others are, or if theres any pretty pictures anywhere's?

You are right about them blowing fast, I am getting through the packet of 50 like I used to a packet of three.;)

Also of interst replaced the 3 behind the heater controls....no sign of light except bright slit of blue through the slider slots. The longer leds were out of range for the clear plastic prisms to pick up...back to white bulbs!
