Hi guys, can i say this site was reccomended by afriend to me.
I hope you guys can help me as im pulling my hair out..

right, i have a 2005 scudo jtd 2.016v diesel. bosch edc15 c2

sudden power loss. its starts, idles beaufifully, but as soon as you press the accelerator, it goes very lmpy and rough, sputters and wont go above 1500rpm.

i have had the cam and crank sensors changed, no change, still as describe.

i still have p0340 code intermitant,

i have checked the 2 relays by the battery, they are turning on, and supplying the ECU with the 14v.

i ahve checked the glow plug relays, they off on ignition, then when that engine started, on idle, the relays would turn on?...

so i traced all the wires (2 yellow) to teh ecu, and contiunity was okay.
i looked into the dash, and no glow plug light, strange, the temp needle goes over th hot 3 times and back..

after more reading on here, i dis connected the cts sensor, soon as i did this, the glow plug light appeared in the dash, cranked, started, but as before no rev above 1500rpm.

checked the input to cts, got 5v, 2300K ohms, output was 3v.

turbo solenoid with the 2 vac pipes, gets very hot, is this normal?

all vac pipes are good, the turbo hoses are all good, no leaks or craks, turbo acuator is good, as soon as engine is started, it pulls back the rod,

i have also changed the egr valve.

the fuel pressure sensor, and fuel rail are giving correct readings.

if anyone can shed any more light, or advise me more, then id really appreciate the help..

thanks for reading..

Check the output from the throttle position sensor.

Should vary from 1.2(ish) volts to something higher (I can't remember) but if it's stuck on 0V or 5V then it's dud.
