I have a fiat Scudo 1.9TD 1999 and have just swapped engines with another scudo of the same year, but it will not start, it turns over but no fuel is coming to the injectors, I have found a little about the anti theft system on these diesels, what bits do I need to take from the old scudo to get it to work? :bang: is there a true ECU black box on these vans?

yes it's true
on the back of the pump there is a stop solinoid that needs to talk it
not sure which would b easier either replace the stop solinod or go to get all the electrics recoded ... assuming they can code to the replacment you put in...
recoding was expensive when i looked to get it done
