Hi all,

Just bought my first Scudo and am thus far very happy.
Need to do a few little jobs to get it in tip top condition, but on the whole I'm impressed.

So, I've established that the sliding doors are crap, I've had a play with the runners etc and have improved them a bit, might get some new door seals.
I need to get a central locking motor for the rear door as it's had yales on it and I want to reinstate the central locking all round.
I need to source the rods that connect all the locks on the sliding and rear doors too, they did a proper job of butchering the old ones and have cut them about so are no longer any good.

I'll be ply lining over the weekend too.. lots to do :)

The vans a 2litre JTD, not sure if its the lower or higher power model, but am not really that bothered, it's always gonna be better than my transit ever was :)
It's done 94,000 miles, and I have no service history with it so the first thing I'm going to do tomorrow is a full service, but I'd like to ask when the cambelt needs changing on em? I'll probably send it to Fiat to have this done as I've read a couple of horror stories of bent this and broken that from home cambelt changes.

Erm, what else, oh yeh, do the tyres have to be load rated, as in commercial? or can any old 205/65/15 be used?
Whats the pcd on these wheels, I know theyre 6.5j but not sure of the stub pattern ( will ask when I speak to Fiat anyway )

Thats it for now, and rest assured, this is the first of many posts.

Always nice to find a forum for your car/bike/van....

Cheers all til next time..
Dave
