I did do a quick search and couldn't see anything similar posted here so thought I'd do a new post.
If you've got a TomTom satnav it's nice and easy to edit the startup picture you get when you turn it on.

If anyone wants one , here's a Fiat logo'd version.
First save the picture below to your PC , then connect your TomTom to the PC and open splashw.bmp using Paint or any other image editing program.
Open the picture you've saved as well and just copy it across then save.

You may want to keep a copy of the original as well in case you ever need to go back to standard.

Yep , it's very easy.
I had a Skoda logo on mine before but have just changed it over.

there is a lot of other stuff you can change on tomtom

I edited up a splash screen for my TomTom with the Fiat Logo, the car reg and my mobile number.

Left it in a restaurant once, and got a phone call within ten minutes of leaving the place.

Luckily I didn't need to do that as my TomTom 730T already has the logo and a white 500 to use instead of the moving blue arrow already installed and ready to use.

When connected to a pc you have the option to download extras, I've got the blue logo as startup screen and a pic of a doblo to replace the arrow.

Just got a new TomTom and after seeing this I decided to have a go at making my own startup screen. I have attached my attempts below. There is a zip file with all the files as bitmaps, they just need to be renamed to splashw.bmp to work on the TomTom. Personally I am using the light grey TomTom logo one.

I've had a tomtom for a few years now, and didnt know you could do this until i read this thread a few weeks, I have done the below for mine

I have done a start up screen for anyone who wants an Abarth screen for their Tomtom. White background with Abarth badge and Tomtom logo in bottom right hand corner. Can't upload it its 382kb but you can pm me your e mail address and I'll send it for free of course.
