Hi guys,

I am Jacco. From The Netherlands, 20 years old. I'm owning a '86 130TC, building it up at the moment. Show you some pictures in the upcoming few days.

Now, I am in trouble. I'm connection my radio unit, but I'm in trouble with the wires.

It's unclear to me, which one are the 12v, 12v ingnition, and earth cable. I believe those 3 are the only one I have to connect, or maybe the remote as well? In that case, those 4. I am using amplifiers, so I guess I have to use the remote also.

Does anyone has an idea? Or a schematic of how it works?

Thanks in advance guys!

The Strada 130TC only ever a single power lead which is coloured (RV) Red with Green stripe. This lead is permanently powered (live with ignition key off) and is fed from Fuse 12 on the fuse box.

Battery -> Fuse 12 -> Digital Clock -> Radio connector is the route that this power feed takes.

If you don't mind the radio being permanently powered with the ignition off then on the radio you can just connect the Red/Green lead to the +12V and switched 12V terminals on the radio.

If you want an ignition switched +12V supply then probably the nearest and easiest to access is the Red lead that goes to the brake pedal switch (NOTE! both wires on the brake pedal switch are Red.

Battery -> Fuse 1 --Red--> Brake switch T1 Brake switch T2 --Red--> Fuse Box

If you don't want to use the brake pedal 12V then there are plenty of other possibilities available at the Fuse Box.

Hope this helps.
