Hello, I have an annoying constant squeaking from the back. Seems pretty constant, more so over rough roads, but not always. I'm thinking it might be the rubber seal against the boot. I have rubbed a little oil on it hoping that would help but no luck.
Anyone else experienced this or any idea what it could be.

I found that not only the boot seal, but also the door seals squeek a bit. I used a silicon based lubricant, spray it on a kitchen towel then rub that on the seals as well as the contact area on the door itself. I found that it solves the problem till the next wash.
Also check the rear window seals and make sure the window hinge bolts are nice and tight.
Make sure of the spare wheel pressure and that it is raised properly - if it looses air it might maybe squeek against the body.

You know what I didn't think about the door seals. I'll give them a go over
Since rubbing the boot seal and the contact area down with some oil and silicone oil it does sound better.

I found the problem! The two round rubber 'bump stop' things at the bottom of the boot door can be unscrewed. They had come unscrewed a bit and this was causing the constant squeak. I rubbed a little rubber rejuvenator oil on them and screwed them in tight and the squeaking has stopped!
