Hi there is no external volume on my radio menu. Does it need an update

Thanks for your reply Ihave the head unit as fitted by Fiat on my Qubo however the menu scrolls through the settings but no external volume. The phone volume is so low you are unable to hear it. If quick turning up you can hear it but then radio is blasting next time using the volume is again very low

Sorted have turned speed volume up to high and can hear phone better
