My back wiper is somewhat wobbly and i want to tighten it (if possible) for that i need to remove the tailgate internal plastic cover thing. But im kinda scare to just pull it off. Any advice? Or may be there is an easier way to tighten back wiper?

The wiper motor assembly is bolted to the door in three locations un less the motor assembly is loose there is no way to stop the slack
The movement you describe seems as if the arm drive pinion is worn and become slack in its bearing.
There is no user adjustment that can be done
The panel is a push pull fit.. And is best done with trim removal tools and there's less likely that you won't break any of the clips
Trim removal tools are peanuts to buy and will come in very useful in other situations

You will know when you get the motor visible
There will be slight slack in the rotation but should not be any up down left right
Check the arm on the tapered splined shaft as well!

Ok. Any advice where is the best starting point for the removal of the covering? i.e. easiest first retainer to remove or best access point to the clips?
Slightly off topic: I got the car used. Thing is people where I live really love to show their manlyhood by smashing doors of their cars. Qubo doors being so heavy don't help either. My driver door power window makes noises exactly because of that and i had to realign the hell out of doors when i just got the car so that they would close properly.

I found the best place is the middle of the bottom - though when it's open it's over your head but that is probably best place. You can do it with fingers. I bought some trim levers from Halfords but covered the prongs in masking tape to protect metal work - fundamental so why are they not covered in a rubber dip when you buy them?
Poppers sound like they're snapping when they release but none of mine broke so just keep pulling gently all around - there are a lot.. Replacement just requires a fist to bump them back into place.

I have done a bit of trim removal on my truck and the fiat Idea ...I use some plastic tire levers ....and a very slim spatula with a bit of masking tape wrapped around it ...it's a time consuming job ..best done in the full sun on a warm day , so all the plastic bits are softer so less likely to crack or snap ....
