Well, the Qubo has come to the end of its time, been a brilliant little car, but started to play up again recently, flashing mileage ( telemetric unit failed - blue and me ) then didn’t want to start and then failed to start....

Garage done leak off tests, and all 4 injectors are knackered to one extent or another, reasonable quote of £900 to fix, but that’s the final straw.

Still starts ( eventually ) still runs, so will be taking it to the scrapyard in the sky later this month, when the insurance runs out.

Still be a fiat forum member, as just brought a fiat Ducato maxi based motorhome......

Many thanks to you all in particular Qube O, Robert G8rpl, and Varesecrazy, for your particular advice as required and see you around....

Hi Mad One, Really sad to hear that, shame the problems seem so expensive & problematic to fix.....sure my fella could replace the injectors for probably half that, but as to the other probs !!!! Hope your future motoring is sunshine all the way........Cheers Qube O.

How old is it ? how many kilometres ? ...seems a shame to scrap something that runs ...could be a nice little project for some one ..if I still lived in the UK and had the workshop I used to have ...mmmm...I thought the Qubo started in 2009 so yours can only be 10 ...hardly run in ....my Mazda truck is 19 this year and my Fiat Idea is 14 ....Congratulations on the Motor home btw ...I really fancy one but they are a rare thing down here in the far south of Europe....

Has the Qubo gone yet?

I'm looking for one to hopefully do a TJet swap on so this may be the ideal candidate! If you still have it, would you be able to send me some pics/location/price please? :)

Hmmmm.....Interesting, I too have injector issues with my 14 plate Fiorino with 99,000 miles on the clock. Three injectors are overfueling which the garage said was unusual for three to go at one and they were quizzing me about if it had been misfueled (which it hasn’t).

As I rely on it for my work (I’m a sameday courier) I’m having to grit my teeth and shell out £900ish plus VAT for four new Bosch injectors, given the mileage I cover I’m having the fourth one done for peace of mind.
