Hi Guys.
I have a 2009 Qubo Multijet 1.3.
On light throttle I get hesitation. Put my foot down or change gear and it’s fine again.
Is there a solution to this?
I have tried searching but only found mention of the problem.

At what revs?

My mj75 feels flat.. but then I realise the revs have dropped away.

Below 1800 isnt lively.. but @1200 is laboured

Any revs I think.
No loss of performance. She drives very well apart from when cruising on a light throttle she will hesitate/ judder.

Below 2000 rpm the turbo drops out, then its all down to engine grunt, which is not a lot, so will start to get sluggish, or even snatch, just drop that gear and get the revs up......had mine for years, just adjusting your driving style. That said, on a flat road, mine is happy at 60MPH, in 6th gear on a light throttle down to 1500 RPM. Once the gears dropped, and those revs go up, mine will fly...............Cheers Qube O.
Couple of folk have had theirs re-mapped, that seems to make a difference........

Just a quick update to this issue I had.
I brought myself a multi scan and on going through the settings of the car, I found one of the previous owners had set the fuel type to gasoline.
I have changed this back to diesel and now I can drive in 5th gear with the revs as low as 1k.
No hesitation at all.
Got no idea what difference this setting does but it was obviously incorrect.
Hopefully they will help anyone else with the hesitation issues.

Just repetition and deviation to fix and all good to go...

(I'll get me coat ;))

..but wtf, setting it to gasoline??
