Following a trip to the tip, I've found that the powered handle on the boot door will now not work; I have to flip the rear seat down, reach in and work the lever to open the boot from the inside. Locking and unlocking the car doesn't seem to help, and I've made sure there was no ibstructions around the latch.
Do you think it's a mechanical or electronic issue? Will it be expensive? (I know, I know, it's all Magic8 Ball Territory LOL)

Just a thought, no way any debris/dust made its way into the mechanism when you were doing tip duty ??
