Hey guys

I bought a set of genuine roof bars for my qubo and I have misplaced the instructions would anyone happen to know the measurements from bar to bar

I remember from the instructions it said there was a set distance the bars had to be a part by I think it was something like 100mm from the black plastic clamp on the rails and the front bar had to be something like 700mm away from the rear bar
 
Hi steelvper, I hope you're enjoying your bank holiday whilst some of us down south are working! ;)

I have Thule bars and there was no mention of distance from supports with those.

The Qubo Accessory Brochure shows the bars pretty much next to the supports, which I would think is the most secure position and any distance quoted would be maximum from support to bar.

When I'm carrying ladders I fit the bars at either end, between the front two supports and behind the back one to give the biggest span but TBH I don't think it matters as the rails are very strong.

the bank holidays grest thanks lol althought ull like to here that I also had to work it even worked christmas day

I have put my bars on in a similar position to yours so should be fine would love thule bars myself just to pricey got mu geniune bars on ebay for twenty quid brand new and boxed was a right bargain probably not so much for the seller lol
