You can fit DRL's to any car, the after market is full of them, or are you thinking of replacing some current lamps on the front of your car with DRL's?

I fitted L.E.D. strip examples to my car with a switching relay to comply with UK laws.

Remember there are regulations on height above ground and distance from the vehicle sides to keep in mind.

Cost about £10 total & took a couple of hours to fit.

Problem is i assume the qubo will have bulb failure sensing and most led side light bulbs will throw on the check bulb message / light.... along with been techincally illegal as they are not a filament lamp in a filament light rated / approved unit... (light scatter and various other tests)

Halfords near us had some ring units in for £10 the other week

not specificly these but to give you an idea...

look at as many as you can some will obviously fit better than others but must sit within 400mm of the outside edge of the vehicle

and max of 1500mm from the ground

must also go off with the headlights and if fitted fog lamps

Did anyone Mention DRLs :D

If you want decent quality, and 'E' marked road legal units then Ring automotive are probably the best of only a handful of product suppliers to use.

You'll also be at an advantage that they all come with auto switching kits (the DRL kits only, not the cheaper 'LED styling' lamps).

We've their BRL0397's on my old Stilo and Dad's Panda

Angles are not that good on this Stilo pic, so they don't show their full effect

And here they are off

I've also recently tried their BRL0398 unit's which are fitted to my Bravo, no working pic's though unfortunately, but just as good as the BRL0397's

Been through x2 MoT's with mine on & no-one has pulled out in front of me since I fitted them.

No "E" mark either although I wouldnt encourage anyone else to break the Law so outrageously as I have :p
