Hello, hope you all can answer this little question for me:

Can you take a Puntos "SX" or "ELX" dash display (Clocks, Rev Counter and Temp Gauge, and so on....) too your Punto "S"?

An if so, what does it take to switch it, and what should I be carefull about?
Should I get it at a scraoyard (if intakt)?

2000 models

Thanks for the Links, but I forgot to mention that it's for the MK2 S (year 2000 model), with only the speed and gas display.

Does that change anything, or can I stil use the guide for the MK1?

From my limited mk2 knowledge, the wiring is already there, so you just fit the uprated clocks, but you need to take it to a FIAT garage for a 'proxy alignment'. Costs £30 here I think it is. Someone will verify that.

I know.. I also miss it a lot!! I will try to find some parts for my S model, and hope that it can be done for a cheap prize, even though things a expensive in Denmark.. Crap..

Ears you know when you've hit the red line cause the engine starts to get harsh & 'scream'. Since I've been driving the Sei' I can actually tell the real RPM to within 300 RPM & I have a fair idea where the punto revs are as well...
