I'm after a Turbo Unit for my 1997 GT3, if anyone has got one or knows of anyone who has one i'd be grateful if you could let me know. Im assuming it needs a new turbo as its just not pulling a great deal, possibly only as quick as my old Sporting. Ive changed the plugs, oil, lambda sensor, cleaned the ICV. Can anyone help?

how much boost is it boosting to?
have you checked for boost leaks?whats it like for smoke from the exhaust?

Its boosting to half way on the dashboard gauge and 0.5 on my aftermarket gauge. There isnt any smoke, just seems to stop pulling. It still dumps but there it is throwing a bit of oil out through there. Oil is perfect on the dipstick. Looks like dirty brown oil coming out of the DV.

right 0.5 must be too low for a standard gt as my cinq turbo boosts to that. afraid i dont know the standard boost on the gt

dazzdog says his gt boost'd to 3/4 on the standard gt boost gauge.sounds to me like you are leaking boost which is a dam sight cheaper than a new turbo.worth checking before you pay big money.
check all boost pipes and connections and also check the intercooler isnt leaking

Its pretty normal for them to accelerate slowly, they are pretty slow
