Hi,
The heated rear window isn't working... and there isn't any light showing on the button when I switch it on. I've checked the fuses in the glove box and they all seem to be ok. Any suggestions?
This is about an N reg Punto 60 Selecta, but is probably the same answer for most of that age.
thanks in advance,
Richard

Are the elements on the rear screen complete? ie: there isn't a part thats gone open circuit and has stopped it working?

Wekcome to the forums rar42.

There is another fusebox on the drivers side behind that little shelf thingy you have to undo 2 screws to get to the fuses.

Sound like a relay fault to me. The auxually fuse box is loctaed in the glovebox at the top under the flip down panel.

if its just 1 strip then you have a break in that strip .you need to get some conductive paint(maplin etc) and paint it on the broken part.look closely along the strip and youll find it,then mask of the strip so when you paint over the break it doesnt end up wider than the original strip otherwise everytime you look in the mirror it will annoy you.take your time and apply the paint sparingly:)
