My Girlfriends got a 98 S reg 3dr Punto & somebody smashed the rear side window, How easy are these to change?

Very easy.
2 screws take the leading door cover off, remove 2 bolts. Pull cover off opening hinge and remove bolts underneath.
Window comes out.
