Fuel pump works when 12v applied. So start there and work back.

When ignition is first turned on the pump should run for a few seconds to pressurise the system.

Put a test meter at the pump feed and turn the ignition on. Pump should run, but we know it doesn't, so is there a feed.
If there is, follow the earth path and fix it.
If no feed, go back to the relay output and check there.
If no relay output, two things to check, relay input, and relay switching.

To chase back to the ECU we'd need to know the pin number that outputs the switching signal. Workshop manual needed.

Report back.

When you crank the engine on the starter motor does the rev counter needle move at all, even the smallest amount?

I would check the connections are good where the relays push in , you can Unclip them from the frame and the wiring harness that runs from there around the front of the engine , could be a broken or chafed wire .

a mechanic mate has printed out some auto data sheets , it shows a pink /yellow wire from number 3 pin on the ecu to the fuel pump relay. Hope this helps[emoji1303] IMG_4832.JPGAdjustments.JPG

Good news, the car works again.
With the multimeter i tried to see if it had power to the fuel Pump, and at first ir didn't. But i took out the relays and put them um again and the the power got to the Pump.
I'm no mechanic and no eletrician but with the help from you guys i fixes ir. Thank you so much :D

I had very similar issues with my 1.6 Cabrio. The problem I had was that sometimes the car would run fine and at others it would not run at all. After checking the the pump, relays and crank sensor I discovered the fault lay between the relay and the fuse box. In my case, it was the connection at the fuse box end. It sounds very much like you have had the same issue, but at the relay end. Glad you have sorted it and thank you for updating us.
