I got this weird problem that my wiper stops in this position.

I noticed that when i help it turn, the washer house moves along

It could be one of the mounting bolts have come loose or the shaft where the wiper arm fits is starting to seize, I had to take mine apart to solve a similar thing , it was stopping straight up .

I found out that it was rusty inside, so i got it scratched off and added tons of grease. Works great now
