Steve gt Established member Parked in the garage Joined Jun 27, 2014 Messages 699 Points 255 Jun 1, 2020 #2 It could be one of the mounting bolts have come loose or the shaft where the wiper arm fits is starting to seize, I had to take mine apart to solve a similar thing , it was stopping straight up .
