Use the suggested oil for your car, here in Italy it was suggested to use Selenia 20K. At the moment I'd probably use a Shell Helix 10w-40 if you want to stay with that grade or get a good 5w-40 if it gets cold there. Many owners in Italy use that Shell on the mk1.
