Posts: 17 Thanks: 1 Trader Rating: 0  | Power steering pump serviceable? Hi! My pump is leaking ATF, wondering therefore if the pump is serviceable in anyway? Thx! (Punto Cab ELX, 1.2 16V)

It's possible to remove the backing plate ring, but haven't found a way yet to remove the backing plate itself. It's not moving by after the ring is removed, so I am guessing it's has been pushed in. Anyone a clever idea how to remove it undamaged?
