Ha-

I'm really pleased it IS that one; I was looking at it for ages on eBay- I thought I was going mad when something astonishingly similar turned up at SICD!

Glad it's come to Scotland- well done.

With I'd seen you to speak to, now

I blame Simon for me ending up with this...but I dont regret it. I had a few folk come up and speak about the car at SICD. Seems the punto was a fairly popular first car for many of us!

Saturday was bath day. She did 120 miles round trip to Dundee for work on Sunday and behaved fine...though she was a wee bitty iffy to start on Saturday.

Ive some time off in July and hope to get some of the door dents sorted. Hopefully! ?

Havent had any time off lately so shes in need of a wash. But, being used sparingly, shes done 1,000 miles in my ownership.

Still hoping to get some of the dents pulled out and she'll hit 40k miles before winter hibernation so thinking a service will be in order too!

Been busy again the last few weeks, finally caught up with a little bit of work on the fleet...

The n/s handbrake cable is going to need replaced again - the hanger has failed, so the cables been rubbing on the back of the wheel. No biggie, I've ordered a couple of replacements (may as well while they're available!)

But that means some welding on the N/S - there's a bit of rust near where the failed hanger is - which I knew was needing doing - has now shot further up the list of priorities.

Battery has been acting up lately, so got a new one fitted today and shes happier again. 1,500 miles on the clock since I got her earlier this year...one more good run then she'll be going away for her winter sleep.
