I have a strong fuel smell on the engine oil. What can it be? I changed the injector for an aftermarket but stilll same thing...

What engine?
If you have a mechanical fuelpump (on engine) it's likely a split diaphram.

I have a Punto s55 1.1L 4 cylinder mono injection 1997

also it smell fuel with white smoke from tailpipe but the coolant in the tank does not drop.

It will drop eventually if it's a head gasket failure at the early stage (mileage > 200000 km?).

I would really appreciate any good advice from an experienced Fiat mechanic or a good connoiser.

I found 1 problem... the vacuum pipe on the MAP sensor was disconnected. Engine is now more stady and fuel smell int the oil has really decreased. On the other hand, i still have some white smoke and fuel smell coming out from the tailpipe but
I noticed when the engine come to it's hot temperature (close loop) this symptoms almost disapear.
Maybe a bad o2 sensor?

All i hope is that its not the piston rings as i wait for my compression tester.
