Technical Glow lamp light

Hi all I need some help. While driving in heavy rain the glow lamp light came on and after parking the car now it wont start. The light on the dash wont come on and the car cranks but wont start as the glow plugs are not heating up. Relay box and plugs are new. What could it be? Thanks all

I too faced a similar problem, My glow plug light is not coming ON and also the Check engine light is not coming ON, and hence i am unable to start the car, Can you please tell me how your problem was sorted? Please help. My car is Fiat Petra 1.9d elx
