Hello guys. I was replacing heater matrix on my Punto, got everything back and connected and for some reason my ignition switch started to behave strange, although I didn't touch it during the process.
When I turn ignition key ON, only headlights are working. All electronics are working somewhere in the middle, between OFF and ON, you really need to aim it. When you turn on the engine, only headlights are working. It could be due ignition switch mechanism or? But why now, suddenly, didn't even touch it. Maybe some other compontents are interfering with it, like steering wheel?

Thanks in advance.

Sounds like the switch itself is faulty. did you disturb the back of the ignition barrel where all the wires go in?

No, just disconnected 2 connectors that goes in switch and that's it.
Should I get new switch with new keys and transfer my code to new key?
That would work? As shown in video:

Make sure the connectors are properly connected. Maybe a loose connection there.

When you stop key midway between ignition off and on, everything is working, so I guess connectors are properly connected.

if it were me before anything else i'd disconnect -ve battery terminal, physically remove all the connectors you disturbed doing the heater matrix, within reason of course don't dismantle the whole car again, but any you can access without stripping panels inside. check they don't look corroded or dirty etc, put them all back again with extra care they are all firmly pushed in and clicked. reconnect battery and see if its sorted.... The old addage of have you tried turning it off and on again but applied to wires. Its most likely gonna do nothing but its worth checking before doing anything else imo.
