Yep. Not a DIY job, especially as the guides are probably cast iron (which is why that one got fluked). If you're lucky, only that one will need doing.
Your local motor factor is probably the best to ask for somewhere to do it -- most towns will have at least one place that does nothing other than skim heads, re-bore engines, fit new valve guides for the trade (and often the cheaper end of it like Taxis).
