Hi
I have seen a lot of cone filters and inducion kits behind the battery like this:

I have the throttle box from a cinq, and this is my current setup:

People told me it's not a good position and it sucks hot air.
I bought some more 90° and a pipe and now it looks like this:

do you think it's a good position?
I don't know if it sucks much air because the hole near the side light is tiny but I think it's better than what I had before?

:yeahthat: If you that worried about heat (not that you should be at all) then get a carbon airbox jobbie and stick a pipe on it to somewhere cold, ie downward and as far from exhaust as possible. That said, where your sucking air from now is where a GT oem airbox does, can't be that bad. Could just stick a heat shield on what you have - you still not gonna feel any difference though.

That is an unusual looking header tank on the radiator; the original rad was a poor design and tended to cause airlocks. Have you fitted a modified one? If so where did you get it?

Hi
that a 75s 1996 punto with an original A/C.
I don't think they came with A/C in the uk
