Punto mk1 1.7d s Anyone know if there is a way to replace the driver and passenger head rests, also is there a separate wash reservoir 4 the rear wiper front wipers work but back ones dont spray.

Head rest won't come out.

The reservoir is the same for front and back, pipe could have come off and squirting water into your boot hatch (common problem). Or it could have come off nearer the reservoir, the tubes could be blocked or the pump could be knackered.

Also on the rear washers, there is a three way valve under the bonnet which gets blocked and is cheap to replace or try to take it off and blow it out with an airline.
