hello, i've been looking around and trying allsorts for ages before making this thread but nothing has helped so far. ive fitted angel eyes on my mk1 punto and they've been working fine for days but before i took out the side light and put a white led bulb in and it didn't work, tryed 5 diffrent bulbs and still nothing, then i noticed the halo ring was out and the other little white light go. any ideas what i've done? i did disturb the bulb holder a little but sorted it out no broken wires that i can see. this is doing my head in!:bang:

sounds like a dodgy earth or something is short circuiting.. Hard to say from very little info.. Handy with a multi-meter??

not really i know a sparky tho he probly will be. and basicly every day job changing the side bulb from a standard normal bulb to a white LED done this plenty off times straight swap but when i did it today its just not worked i.e won't light up the halo ring isn't working either because they have the same wires. i used the wireing attachment given to me when i bought the lights light i say they was working fine till i changed this bulb think i have disturbed someting, where is the earth for the light? this is the passenger side driver side working fine and i have changed the bulb to the white LED in that one.

alot of things it could be tbf, none of them that complicated, could even just be a faulty bulb holder.

tbh i fink it is the bulb holder the head light works. where can you get new wireing adaptors?? been lookiing online cant find anywhere. and for some reason the cd player only works when sidelights are on, whats that about? could that have an effect the guy i got the car didnt have a clue what he was doing
