Dear friends very relieved to find out about this forum as I was surfing around for some info. I'm not that good on cars however I decided to install an alarm kit on the car which I must say was a success. However, I have a small problem when it comes to connect the alarm kit engine immobilizer relay contacts with the HT section.

Can someone please guide me of where to look at under the bonnet as I can't find any HT coil.

Fiat Punto 55 MK 1 1997.

Hi and Welcome to the FiatForum :)

The ignition coils are to the right of the airbox (viewed from the front of the car)

Hope This Helps:)
The lower voltage wires (x2) are on the other side of the ignition coils - circled in red

Hi: To be honest i'd never fit an immobiliser to cut power to the ignition. I allways cut power to the starter solenoid instead, it's a lot safer. Imagine a fault in the immobiliser causing the ignition to suddenly cut out if you were travelling on the Motorway.
